Thanksgiving Day pickup ends at 4:00 PM. Delivery ends at 3:00 PM.

Final day to order: November 26, 2026. No orders accepted after this date. Earlier fulfillment dates require at least 5 days' advance notice. All times are Pacific Time.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit via Zelle is required to confirm all Thanksgiving orders.

The deposit must be received within 24 hours of placing your order or no later than 5 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery, whichever comes first.

For orders placed within 5 days of pickup or delivery, the deposit is due immediately upon order approval.

Your order is not confirmed until SAVRE Catering & Events receives and verifies your deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable, including customer cancellations. Orders without timely payment may be canceled and availability released.

The remaining 50% balance is payable according to the payment instructions provided by SAVRE.
