Final ordering date: November 26, 2026. Earlier fulfillment dates require at least five days advance notice. All times are Pacific Time.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit via Zelle is required to confirm all Thanksgiving orders.

Your deposit must be received within 24 hours of placing your order or no later than five days before your scheduled pickup or delivery, whichever comes first.

For orders placed within five days of pickup or delivery, the deposit is due immediately upon order approval.

Your order is not confirmed until SAVRE Catering & Events has received and verified your deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable, including customer cancellations. Orders without timely payment may be canceled.

The remaining balance is payable according to the instructions provided by SAVRE.
